A: A properly prepared and painted exterior in Westchester or Fairfield County should last seven to ten years or more. The biggest factor is preparation — surfaces that are not properly cleaned, repaired, and primed will fail early regardless of paint quality. Preparation is where we focus most of our effort.
A: Late spring through early fall is generally ideal — temperatures above 50°F and low humidity allow coatings to cure properly. We will advise you on timing during your free estimate.
